The Times, Environment - One to watch
Since it screened at Cop28, Six Inches of Soil, a documentary from Colin Ramsay, has drawn the attention of heavyweights across the food and farming industries. It tells the story of three young farmers practising regenerative agriculture, and examines how to break the monopoly of huge retailers to move towards a set of resilient and localised agroecosystems that benefit both biodiversity and the climate.
